He is now the head of the department of magical accidents and catastrophes.

dress style: The finest wizarding clothes always. Clothing is like a status symbol, and the Malfoys have always been all about status symbols.
general appearance: Scorpius is nothing if not the almost spitting image of his father (or maybe a little more handsome, some say because of his beautiful mother). He has hair that is platinum blond and long, and light grey eyes that make him clearly a Malfoy. His nose is a little less pointy than his father's and some of his features are a little softer owing to the Greengrass line. He has always been tall and thin (which has made him the ideal seeker for Slytherin).
Scorpius was taught from an early age to always pride himself himself in his appearance and he dresses himself to fit this. He wears only the finest wizarding clothes and keeps himself clean and neat and well groomed always. He has a ring he always wears with the Malfoy crest on it (a gift from his father handed down every generation) and long tapered fingers to match his lengthy extremities.
There is something about his physical qualities and features (or maybe its just something about him) that is overwhelmingly high society. One can just tell by looking at him that he's well bred and has been primed for a priviledged life.

first impression: Scorpius tends to come off as arrogant, and that's pretty accurate. He has this attitude that shows that he thinks that he's better than pretty much everyone and is unafraid to make it obvious. He comes off as elitist, snobby, and pretty much like the typical Malfoy.

Scorpius does not care about stereotypes and could care less what people think, or most people, that is. He is egotistic and arrogant and unafraid to admit it. He enjoys berating those he considers under him and enjoys having power over people. What he hates more than anything else, though, is when anyone has power over him (he will never admit this, however). His narcissism is probably a product of his raising, since Scorpius was taught to believe that being a Malfoy and descended from the Blacks and his family history in general make him practically royalty. He is set strongly on maintaining his family reputation and his own as the Malfoy heir and his position in the upper pureblood class. He considers himself above most people (with very very very few "exceptions" and a select few "peers" who he considers at his level ---or close to his highness). He takes insults to his family and his honor very seriously and won't hesitate to get into fights and conflicts over this.
He is loyal to the things he believes in but not a martyr and brave but not going to stick out his neck for anything unless he sees a bottom line benefit for himself. Slytherin is a perfect fit for him to a tee and he has made it there greatly.

Biography
childhood and pre-hogwarts: Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy was born the only child of Draco and Asteria Malfoy. His birth on October 27, 2005 made him the heir to the Malfoy family, and he was named in the Black family tradition (after constellations and mythological figures). He is well bred and has been primed for a priviledged life from an early age. He was afforded the greatest tutors and the best of everything before he started Hogwarts, and there is hardly a thing that he has wanted that he has not gotten (or one should say, been handed on a silver platter).
hogwarts years: The fact that Scorpius grew up used to getting what he wants meant a large schism came with his Hogwarts letter. Much like his father, Scorpius wanted to go to Durmstang, but his mother would not hear about it and when Scorpius went to his father for backing, he was not able to get what he wanted, either. So Scorpius entered Hogwarts a little bitter and not really happy. His parents constantly send him things, but he's still going through a phase where he does not particularly care for them. He won't say this of course, but it's what he secretly thinks.
He settled into Slytherin very well among a lot of others he had basically grown up around because of his breeding, bloodline, and financial status. He was sorted into Slytherin the second the sorting hat had just barely touched his head. He has been a good student and become a capable seeker in quidditch, even though he has been known to throw temper tantrums when he doesn't get what he wants and be cruel to people he thinks are below him.
